West Ham Family - Number Plate Tracing

Good Afternoon
Probably not got a hope BUT does anyone here have the ability to trace someone through a car reg? I want the name and address of someone and I have their number plate. They attacked my wife who had my kids in car this morning (road rage). Its been reported to old bill but thats not enough for me. If anyone can help me, private message me. ill pay. I want their name and address. Please help.

That BUL 54IT number plate was one I used to see many times in the morning rush hour going South through Hendon Central towards Swiss Cottage. A long time ago. Early 90s?

Someone on here once told me what nick my lodger had been taken to after being arrested and what he'd been charged with after I'd posted on here about the incident.
I hadn't even asked for that info.
So, it's always worth asking.
Of course it could actually be the reg of your ex who's got a restraining order out on you.

If the plate was BUL 541T then it lives in Swiss cottage.
You could do worse than sticking it in Google or seeing as humans are creatures of habit just hang around the spot at the same time.
